Expected delivery time is 3-4 business days. However, is very dependant on a shipping method selected at checkout. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fee. In order to check precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.

We want you to smile when you receive your Framepresso. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us! We will fix it.

If you change your mind, you may return a Framepresso product within 30 calendar days of delivery and you will receive a full refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and the mounting system has not been used. The Product needs to be sent at the customer’s cost.

In case of a partial return the original shipping cost is not refunded. Gift cards and custom/personalised products are non-refundable.

Please write down your full shipping details and order number on the package as per your order.  This will help us to identify your order and speed up the refund process.

After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be finalised within 14 days of cancellation, however, we will always do our best to ensure this is processed as soon as possible.
